How posts are written

The LROCK blog is staff-only. When WhatsApp joins a Helpdesk ticket, when a School import offset is reserved, when Sittai billing is a person invoice — we write it here in the same language we use with resellers. You will not find guest posts selling loans, VPNs or “AI transformation decks”.

Drafts stay off the public site and off /sitemap.xml until someone publishes them. Product resource pages can list the same posts when they belong to that product. Tamil posts will appear when staff actually write them — we will not auto-translate a release into something a principal cannot trust.

• If we cannot explain a release on one screen, we are not ready to put it in front of a paying school.
• Comments are not a support queue; use Contact us or the product.
• Campaign links for social posts are created in Website → Campaigns before you share.
