One login for every LROCK product
Software for Indian teams
LROCK is a family of products for Indian shops, support desks, schools and households. You sign in once at Accounts. Helpdesk, Approval, Sittai, School ERP and Admission each have their own home, their own database and their own bill. We did not build a “platform” you must learn before you are allowed to close a ticket or collect a fee. We built the door, then the rooms.
This website is the public map. Read what a product does, see the catalogue price Billing already uses, and send a form if a conversation would help. Resellers get a landing page that asks visitors to contact them — never a second public price list pretending to be LROCK’s catalogue. CRM and HR are marked Coming soon until there is something honest to sign in to.
Visits are counted only after the cookie bar. Staff IPs you list in the console are skipped. Draft pages stay off the sitemap. If a sentence here and a signed invoice disagree, tell us: the invoice is what you pay, and the sentence should be fixed.
How the suite fits together
- Accounts (accounts.lrock.in) — sign-in, organisations, seats, GST invoices, partner console.
- LRockDesk — tickets, optional WhatsApp on the same trail, signup at helpdesk.lrock.in/signup.
- LRock Approval — requests that move; live host is still workflow.lrock.in until the rename upload.
- Sittai — a person’s notebook (சிட்டை), person invoice, not a company tenant pack.
- School ERP — admissions, attendance, fees and exams for correspondents, headmasters, teachers and parents.
- Admission — applications to fees, still local until you ask to put it live.
Accounts is the door. The product is the room we actually work in. If we add a second lock for its own sake, we have failed the person who just wants to open Monday’s queue.
Who this site is for
A support lead who is tired of promises living in a private WhatsApp. A correspondent or headmaster who wants one system for fees, attendance, exams and parent messages. A person who wants a notebook that does not ask which company they are in before they write a milk total. A reseller who will pick up the phone after go-live. Start with the product pages below.
What a first week should feel like
One login
Sign in at Accounts. Open the product you pay for. Sittai does not invent a second password. School ERP keeps the login the campus already uses.
A bill you can show an accountant
GST invoices, UTR payments, April–March year. Sittai is a person invoice. School list prices are not invented on this marketing site.
A partner if you want one
Direct from LROCK, or a reseller in your district. Their public page is Contact us. Prices stay in a meeting or on this catalogue — not both, fighting.
Questions
Is this the same as signing into every product separately?
No. Accounts issues the suite login. Each product receives it on its own callback. School ERP is the known exception: classrooms keep the school login. School Admin may offer Accounts after a one-time connect.
Where do I create an account?
On the product host: helpdesk.lrock.in/signup, approval.lrock.in/signup, sittai.lrock.in/signup, admission.lrock.in/signup. That is the existing register page with the product named on the form.
Do you sell our visitor list or student data?
No. Marketing visits start after cookies. School records stay in the School database. We do not advertise against your tickets or your fee book.
Can I edit these pages myself?
LROCK staff can, in Partner Console → Website → Pages. Drafts have a preview key. Published URLs go into /sitemap.xml.
