Who builds LROCK

How the products stay separate

LROCK Solutions Private Limited makes Helpdesk, Approval, Sittai, School ERP and Admission. The company sits in Tamil Nadu. The products are for teams that cannot stop a school day or a shop floor to learn a new philosophy of work. We write software so the next person on Monday morning can see what was promised, billed or approved — without unlocking someone else’s phone.

Accounts is not the product. It is the door: login, organisations, entitlements, GST, partners. Each spoke has its own folder, database and UI. A Helpdesk ticket does not leak into a school register. A Sittai page does not become a hub organisation. That separation is a design choice, not an accident of hosting.

What we will not do

We will not change frozen sign-in, cookies or JWT payloads to make a local demo prettier. We will not dump another board’s live school database into ours without an ID offset and an audit. We will not put LROCK catalogue prices on a reseller’s public landing page. We will not ask a parent to upload a child’s full record into a marketing form.

• Hosts you can name: lrock.in, accounts.lrock.in, helpdesk.lrock.in, sittai.lrock.in, school.lrock.in.
• Indian billing: rupees, GST copy labels, financial year April–March.
• Staff write the blog. Nobody buys a guest post on this domain.

If the record cannot be handed to the next person on Monday morning, the software has failed — not the staff who were on shift.

How to verify we exist

Open a product page. Open Pricing and see whether cards match what Billing has published. Send Contact us with a real question. If you are a reseller applicant, use the partners form; it becomes an application, not a lost email. If you need a campus visit, say so — that path joins the school pipeline rather than a generic mailbox.
